AI assistant for town councils
The town hall front desk, open at any hour.
Finestreta answers residents with your own council’s bylaws, procedures and opening hours. It cites the source of every answer and, when something is not in your documents, says so and refers them to the office.

Yes. Large families whose main home is in the town get a discount on IBI, the property tax. Apply through the e-office before 31 March, with your large-family certificate.

I cannot find the recycling centre’s opening hours in the council’s documents, so I would rather not make them up. The Citizen Service Office can confirm them by phone or in person, from 9:00 to 14:00.

Two minutes with Finestreta
A resident asks, Finestreta searches the council’s documents and answers with the source. That simple.
The video will be here very soon
What your council already knows, answered on the spot.
Finestreta does not browse the internet. It only uses the documents your team gives it, and someone at the council decides which ones.
Answers from your documents
Bylaws, public notices, procedures, the tax calendar and the content of the council website.
Shows where each answer comes from
Residents see the document and the article, and can check it for themselves.
Says when it does not know
If the answer is not in your documents, it does not make it up: it gives the office’s phone number or how to book an appointment.
Spanish and Valencian
It replies in the language it is asked in, even if the document is in the other one.
Fits into your website
A chat window on the council website or e-office, usable with a keyboard and a screen reader.
Your staff use it too
No separate version needed: staff can ask the same assistant to find an article, a deadline or a requirement while they serve the public.
From demo to pilot, no tender needed.
We start small: one area or one type of question, with your real documents. If it works, we grow.
15-minute demo
We show it working on sample documents and you tell us what your residents ask most.
Fixed-price proposal
Scope, timeline and price in writing. It fits a minor contract (contrato menor).
Pilot with your documents
A few weeks on your website. At the end you see what people asked and decide whether to continue.
Shall we look at it in 15 minutes?
